Getting to Turf City seems kinda troublesome if u don have transport.
Food is so so and i only like the bbq crab...

On a beautiful Labour day,Hubby & me together with Kacia & Ian,we brought Mum to the seriously overrated Tampines 1.
its really jus a shopping mall lor,nothing really much but jus NEW.
+ since its a new mall,the crowd is simply unbelievable. Even having lunch can be tough...

after having a tough lunch @ Thai Express,we brought Mum to KOHONG fish spa @ level 5... quite a nice experience and i think Mum kinda enjoy it too... hehe

Home Alone Today~
Hubby got class tonight so he wouldnt be home so early...

feel kinda lonely while walking back,maybe becos i'm so used to hubby coming to the bus stop everyday to walk me home...
without him,i began to fear all the cockroaches i see while walking back,every single one just seems so threatening....
guess i got too dependent on him ever since we moved back to tw...

time seems so precious to me every single day... i'm feeling kinda worn out now cos i got to wake up so early everyday,travel time can take up to 3hours already...
somemore school is starting soon and it only finish at 10pm.
donno how long i can take all these,some ppl tell me its just a matter of getting used to,but sometimes i think otherwise...
i catch myself dozing off at work even though my table is simply full of work to do so i cant imagine how i can concentrate in class next time...

it seems that i hardly have time for my family nor my friends... i feel so sorry towards everyone...
i don even have time for myself... sometimes after a day's work i jus wanna go for some window shopping to cheer myself up,its something i used to do but not now...

i just feel so tired...
physically or mentally?

My Precious hubby turns 28 today!

Using the Gift voucher tat i received from Tiffany for my ROM, hubby & i spent a night on 7th March @ the Furama Riverfront Hotel...
We were actually given a Executive Room @ the 19th Floor (tat's the highest floor! hehe)

We check in around like 2pm and spent our afternoon lazing in the room...
Simply love the king size bed,so comfy!
Later at 4+,we went down to the outdoor Jacuzzi and guess wat?
After 10 mins,it started to rain!
really suay lor but at least we enjoyed tat 10 mins cos there was no one there... just the 2 of us only.. hehe...

Dinner was at Yum Cha @ chinatown.
We took a cab down from the hotel and the taxi driver thought we were tourist. funny right? cos i always thought i got tat super singaporean look.

Later back at the room...

Tata!
We brought our own red wine (Five Geese 2004 Grenache Shiraz) and instead of a whole cake tat we knew we couldnt finish, we bought 4 slices of cakes!
1st - Tiramisu
2nd - Chocolate Indulgence
3rd - New York Cheesecake
4th - Oreo Cheesecake

Really enjoyed the stay although its for only a night...
I'm actually looking forward to more stays like that...

i think somewhere in November 2008,HDB launch a application for the Build-T0-Order of Punggol Arcadia and guess wat? we manage to get a flat!

So on monday afternoon,hubby & i went down to HDB hub to sign the papers...
My sis,Jayce got the flat too!
And her's is just opposite mine,but she's on the 16th floor whereas mine is on the 5th floor.
According to HDB,the flat will be ready only in Year 2012...
But i'm already so happy! haha...

And it also means that since my office is at kallang bahru, waking up earlier and reaching home later cant be avoided...
But now,we got to do a major makeover to his room which is currently in a mess due to all the repainting, tidying up and unpacking...

Hopefully the room will turn out nice...

Does anybody believe that Friday the 13th is necessarily a bad luck day anymore?

Well,i used to think that its just pure superstition
but now...

i think i got to believe that its just not my lucky day...

COS I FELL DOWN THE STAIRS!!

i was actually at work and we were then discussing about eating healthy food. i was rambling about how healthy some people were and next moment they died in accident or something,then people who eat all those junk food still live happily ever after so y torture ourselves?
after saying all that,i went up to level 5 and came down like within 5mins?
AND i fell down the stairs... super painful!
see la,shouldn't have talk about accident related stuffs,so suay!

i ended up with a bruise on my right arm and the right side of my hips too...
The bruise on my hip is super big and i don intend to post a pic cos its really damn ugly.

See! Super painful lor...

So... Friday the 13th is indeed a bad luck day...
At least for me...

was suppose to go over to my manager,may's place to 拜年，but while on the way over,my migraine came back...
At first i thought tat maybe i could just drop by awhile then later go back home to rest,but it kinda worsen till i vomited...
In the end,i got to leave Nancy,Ms Tay & Geogina to take a cab over themselves... So pai seh...
So after the visit to the clinic,i spent my whole afternoon in bed...
Migraine was so bad that i couldn't even move a single inch...

Day 1 of CNY

together with mum,hubby & me,ricky & jayce,ian & kacia we went over to my grandpa house to 拜年,then later in the afternoon,we bought tickets for All's Well End's Well 2009 @ cineleisure...
think its been nearly a few years since the whole family got together for a movie,so it was kinda fun...

but as for the movie All's Well End's Well 2009,it was not as nice as i expected,but still ok...
at least my mum enjoyed the show... :)

31st Dec 2008~

On New Year's Eve,i was at the Super Crowded + Noisy Downtown East but i wasn't exactly there for a countdown (i'm simply too old for all this... *sobz), i was there for a quiet movie instead...
Watch 'Bedtime Stories',a very nice show to start my new year...

So after the movie,we went over to cityhall to fetch Kacia & her 2 friends,Jason & Minghui...
Being the very nice sister,i volunteer to send Jason & Minghui back to Toa Payoh but baby wasn't very sure of how to get there,so was hoping that the 2 guys could at least guide us back to their house,but guess wat? They made us lost our way too....
haha...
but nevertheless,they finally found their way and we got home at around 2am...

Now the Real Story starts...

a few days before new year's eve,i was already complaining of bug bites on my leg... mind u,its not jus 1 or 2.. its like more than 10 of them (i lost count of it,my leg looks horrible now..) The size of 1 bug bite is like a 5cents coin big...

So,i complained the bug bites to baby again
he then replied "i also got a few bug bites,could it be the bed?"

So he went to check my bed and found "BED BUGS"
Stupid creepy fellows! ( i didn't take any pics cos i was kinda disgusted by it)

arrrgh.... scary scary...
i didn't even dare to step in my room when i realise the presence of bed bugs...
Becos of this,everyone in the family woke up....

So on 1st January 2009,2.30am in the morning Mum threw away my entire bed frame + mattress,bolster,a pillow which has been with me since young and my office chair...

SO PRACTICALLY MY ROOM IS EMPTY EXCEPT MY WARDROBE AND COMPUTER TABLE...
*sobz *sobz

The bed bugs ruin everything!
This means i got to spent extra $ to buy everything again!

i only manage to get to bed @ 5am!

1st Jan 2009~

i woke up at 10am(with only like 5hrs of sleep,i was like a walking zombie) cos i promise mum to bring her shopping..

Together with baby & Kacia, we went from tampines IKEA to tampines mall to Toa payoh with endless walking and countless cashcard deduction for parking + a burnt hole in my pocket to replace back all those bed bugs infested furniture....

i was simply exhausted!

2nd Jan 2009~

today i woke up feeling worse then yesterday,probably becos i wasn't used to sleeping on kacia's bed (yes,she gave up her bed to baby & me while she slept on the sofa in the living room.. so sweet right?), the pillow, the bolster, the blanket all didn't feel right.. keep tossing n turning for the past 2 nights...

@ 8.30am today,Baby & i got an Appointment @ the ROM for verification & Statutory Declaration.

i was pretty happy when i got all the documents ready for our Actual Solemnisation on 7th Jan..
The day that i'm officially Mrs Teoh is like finally coming true...

While walking towards the carpark,we saw the "TEHGU" from afar and somehow we got a bad feeling we already got 'BOOKED".
And true enough,a notice of parking offence aka "SUMMON" was lying on the windscreen...

Something which drivers never ever wanna see!

See! tis 'TEHGU' actually come over to the ROM carpark to fine ppl... very funny right!
Ppl come here for a happy cause,to get married but she still come here spoil ppl's mood...
(i'm aware then we got to put parking coupons la,but still i find it funny for her to be at this location lor)

She nearly spoiled my morning,but since i was real tired,i cant be bothered.

Facial was 1pm @ bishan...
Guess wat, baby & i actually fell asleep & snore during the facial...
So Paiseh!

Final Conculsion
1. Bed bugs Attack!
2. burnt a hole in my pocket
3. got a Summon
4. keep losing our way

hopefully all these lousy things that happened will be the last for Year 2009...
haha..

Since yesterday after work,i've been spending my time running round in Jayce's Cute little Car (its fully decorated with doraemon stuffs.. from the seats cover to steering wheel to rear mirror + almost everything is covered in doraemon! So kawaii!!)

Probably its becos since Kacia love doraemon so much and i've always helped her in the collection so as days goes by,it became kinda loveable...

Yes... Jayce loan the car to me (not exactly me,but david cos he's the one driving... hehe)
So after work we went around from places to places buying groceries,topping up my hammy food supplies,dinner @ east coast park (the bbq steamboat is really yummy probably becos we were real hungry! haha) + movie today @ vivocity...

So some mishap happen,somewhere somehow the blind spot mirror went missing then we somehow lost our way to vivocity... haha
So we got Jayce a brand new blind spot mirror and a Street directory.

was on mc yesterday due to a sudden diarrhea attack in the middle of the night....

Although wasn't feeling quite well,i still went back to work today (the stingy doc only gave me 1day mc even though i was on the verge of fainting) *sobz

the first thing that greeted me was the sight of my MESSY desk! (everyone knows i hate ppl who mess up my very tidy desk!)

i meant that i was in a real bad mood..

went over to Sitex 2008 @ Expo over the weekend with baby....
its was so so so damn packed lor,but still 'enjoy' the atmosphere...
hehe

Was kinda happy cos i got myself a 'netbook' @ a pretty affordable price...
its only like 1.2kg and the battery can actually last approx 4hours++.
Pretty good buy and i simply love the fact that its convenient to bring around~

then today after work i went over to Plaza Singapura to 'GMASK' my netbook...

Being in control @ work doesn't seems like a bad thing afterall, but due to having more workload,its rather tiring too...
And sometimes it can get quite stressful...

like on every mondays,i got to reach office earlier @ 8am to finish up faxes that came in on sat & sun and tats not all,i only get to finish work at around 9-10pm at night,so its a rather long long day..

Then last wed,it happen that our system needed a update and i stay in the office till 11pm (the update took like 7-8hours!) to finish up the remaining jobs. luckily 2 other colleagues stay and help out...
after working for nearly 2 years, u can actually see who are the ones that are really WORKING...

just watch the new movie "Connected" with Mr EQ-Less over at Amk hub... its starring Louis Koo & Barbie hsu...

Verdict?

not too bad though i was expecting abit more when i first saw the trailer.
The beginning was kinda thrilling but later at certain parts i could even guess wat comes next,so is that suppose to be good? haha

but i enjoy the movie cos its been a long long time since both of us actually found the time to relax.

after Mr EQ-Less Nokia 6300 drowned somewhere along east coast beach,the Samsung U600 decided to shut itself up by not letting the user hear the other party voice (in this case this was consider the folder cable problem @ the service centre... Sounds familiar right? haha), it was time to buy a NEW phone!

Mr EQ-Less being the very sweet guy bought a new Samsung i780 and gave it to me to use while he took my current Motorola Q9H... hehe (*i always get to use the new stuffs~)

bought the red one which was very very pretty lor... Some more can video call (i know alot alot alot of phones now can video call but the previous phones i had all no 3G and when i 'had' a 3G phone my sim card then wasn't 3G enabled.. thats explains my desire for a 3G phone... haha~ )

actually today after work i'm suppose to go for my double eyelid pre-surgery consultation @ Orchard,follow by dinner @ david's colleague house over at Seletar area followed by meeting my colleagues at Thumper!....

but in the end,i didn't go for my pre-surgery consultation (me chicken out,heard too much horrifying stories) and didn't make it in time for thumper too....

but i still went down to orchard cos gonna help deliver some urgent jobs to 2 optical shops,one at Orchard tower and the other at Centrepoint...
but this trip to orchard wasn't wasted...

Plastic Surgery??

recently i'm been reading up on lots and lots of info in Plastic Surgery...

things like Double eyelid surgery ( i seriously quit being a single eyelid) , Liposuction (to remove away all the fats), Facial Lipolysis (to get rid of my stupid double chin), Dermaroller (to smooth out my skin), Some IPL (to lighten my pigmentation + freckles + acne scars)...

but,
easier said than done,it took me like years to decide on my double eyelid surgery.
becos of the healing time la,the $$ (i'm saving up for my big day so tat explains the part for the $$ issue), the number of days of leave i'll need to apply (Currently short-handed so my manager will probably kill me.. haha ) and how i'm going to explain to my mum cos she seems sooooo against it.
but nevertheless i'll be going for the pre surgery consulation so we'll see...

So i've been busy as usual...

been missing out alot like meeting up with friends.. haiz...

i miss everyone...

@ work,everyday is hectic as usual especially when we are shorthanded now...
simply cant stand it when ur colleague take mc for mon and tue,come back to work on wed and thur then mc again for friday n sat,next following mon take leave and happily send u msg saying "see u on Tue".... *Simply loss for words~
but anyway,she quit.
So now back to the shorthanded part,very sianz... So now almost got to work late everyday....
but at least i'm enjoying it (simply love my colleagues)

Planning for the Big Day doesn't seems easy but still ok...
at least Mr EQ-Less is being very cooperative.. hehe

Recently been starting on my facial like twice a month,trying hard to keep it clean and also to lighten up my old acne scars.... switch my skincare products too...
update some of my makeup items and i'm feeling great...
hopefully my face does improve after all the facial that i'm doing...

My hair is always giving me problems....
Dry like grass... Simply lifeless and in a mess...
donno how to fix it,if i were to go for salon treatments it will probably burn a hole in my pocket.. haiz..
So for the past 6 months, i stop colouring my hair,stop rebonding it, stop perming it in order to let it recover but now its so so so messy now that i donno how to handle...
Seriously need my hairstylist advice...

finally yesterday while we had some time we manage to catch a movie, Red Cliff Part 1!

i must say its damn fantastic lor...
but sad to say, i'm really quite clueless towards chinese history... Romance of the three kingdom? i only know abit but i did enjoy the movie....
Part 2 only comes out next year and hopefully its as interesting as Part 1,otherwise it wouldn't be worth the long wait...

Despite the movie being quite long,its didn't make me feel bored,in fact they have great battle scenes and they managed to insert quite few good lines to make people laugh.

Just feel tat i manage to learn somethings from Chinese history... :P

Dayang Trip~

Came right home on Friday(13th June) to pack my bag for the Dayang Trip, realise that we'll be gone for like only a mere 2days but its like we got so so so much to bring over!

Actually the 'big' and 'heavy' stuffs are all baby's diving equipments so not much of a choice too...
and for me,i brought along a few magazines,books ,my IPod touch to self entertain myself while he's diving... hehe

At 9pm++,we set off to the Dive shop at bedok to meet up with the rest and i saw this super huge but cute Husky-like dog . Shadow(Yes,that is the dog's name) is super friendly!

isn't Shadow a pretty dog? (i know i look bad,but i'm really super tired lor)

So we all set off for Mersing jetty at 10pm and by 2am we reached... traffic was kinda smooth so we reach quite early too...
The ferry came at 3am and soon i was sleeping like a log,so this time no seasick. haha

Early morning at 7am,we reached Dayang Island...

baby went for his 1st dive at 9.30am,for me? i went back to dreamland and finally woke up around 12pm.
Guess wat woke me up?
The heat!! its was so so so hot and the power supply for the aircon was cut off at like maybe 10am? talk about power conservation! i woke up covered in sweat lor...

i actually preferred Tioman to Dayang cause i like to have my own toliet. Guess my horror when they showed me my room,its was like nearly a nightmare.

First its just a room with no toliet (toilet is far far away!), Secondly no power supply till evening (which means no aircon), thirdly i cant lock the room cos the lock is spoilt! (i can only lock it from the inside,so all the time when i out i got to carry my valuables belongings. stupid right?)

Actually apart from the lodging,the others is still pretty ok..
The food is nice, the scenery is fantastic, the water is clear and its a nice place to relax and do nothing (that's for me only cos everyone who is here comes for diving... haha)

Relaxing for awhile before the next dive...

After lunch i decided to accompany baby out for diving...
Edwin(baby's instructor) told me that he'll bring me down later to take a look (snorkeling i guess...) and for that moment i thought he was joking.
But guess wat,he really meant to bring me down.
I wore the life jacket and slowly went down to the open sea and i panicked the moment my feet left the ladder steps.
i was floating but i just couldnt help but worry i'll sink into the sea,guess this is wat happen when u donno how to swim,just feel so insecure...
i was grabbing on the edwin so tightly and finally after awhile my uneasiness slipped away...
i was given a mask to wear and the moment i look down i kinda freak out.
The seabed was like so so so far away from me (but edwin says its only a mere 5metre) and its so huge! i only manage to 'enjoy' the view for maybe a minute then i request to go up to the boat...
Don get me wrong, the view is really fantastic but i guess for a non swimmer like me, its kinda hard to digest the fear out in the open sea...

After that i went back to the "land",sat outside my room,enjoying the sea breeze while watching my Sex and the City..
baby went out to dive again and the last dive ended around 9pm, Dinner was great with all those bbq food, very meaty~ my kind of food... hehe

The next day, i skipped breakfast in exchange for my beauty sleep...
baby went for his dive again and he saw a turtle... how nice...

around 2pm,we left dayang island for Home sweet Home...

2weeks ago i went for dinner with my colleagues @ a korean BBQ Restaurant and had some wonderful wagyu beef...

right after that i went for steamboat again with my colleagues @ Golden mile...

and just yesterday i meet up with my Ex Samsung colleagues for dinner @ cafe cartel and coffee session at TCC...

and Next weekend,14th June, i'm going to Dayang island with Mr EQ-Less (he's going for diving and i'm going there to enjoy the sun & sea ? haha)

been rather busy though,but i'm enjoying myself.... Not much pictures taken cos i think i look hideous with my disgusting outgrowing fringe... its just neither long nor short,very un-manageable... its better grow longer by dec,otherwise i'll have a hard time dealing with it...

been trying to lose weight till like maybe 53kg? but its rather hard with all that feasting... but i'm still trying hard.... hopefully with all that hard work preparing my own lunch for work helps... So,if anyone catches me snacking,please kindly stop me ya... don let me indulge in any sinful food... :P

In fact i just woke up not too long ago..
Yesterday was out with my colleague + EQ-Less Guy(Yes,he came with me. :P) for dinner & some partying @ Dragonfly.

EQ-Less & me in the Mrt...

I reach Tiong Bahru Mrt @ 7.45pm... And Miss Lay Kheng Reach like 8.30pm lor... this lady still dare to warn me in the afternoon not to be late then in the end? She's late instead. But luckily i got EQ-Less and Nancy to chat with to kill time otherwise i'll probably Kill her. haha. Just Kidding...

Oh Ya,dinner was Great... We actually went over to my colleague Fion's hubby place for dinner. He just newly open his western food stall (Delight & Delicious) over at 26 Jalan Membina,just a short walk from Tiong Bahru Mrt.
The food looks appealing (too excited to try the food that i forgotten to take pics.haha), taste great and is cheap.... and they have deserts too... the tiramisu simply taste fantastic. U guys should go try too... i swear its nice. :P

Then after dinner,the final decision was to go Dragonfly (Kevin says he feels too old to go dbl O~), but i was rather skeptical about going there,but majority wins la...

1st,we got free entry due to Kevin (He used to be a bouncer so he got his connections which is so so so good lor! hehe)
2nd,the music wasn't as bad as i thought which means that i kinda enjoyed myself!

Everything was going very very well & i really enjoyed myself until the last person i ever wanted to see suddenly appear just 3 steps away from me...
its not that i hate him or anything... The feeling is kinda confused, abit guilty and very disturbed. Anyway its a long long story... and i tried my very best to ignore his presence but somehow or rather our eyes still met.
So i left around 2pm... feel so so awkward and memories just started to flow back... then all the feelings just keep getting stronger and i no longer enjoyed the music & the crowd.
but luckily i had my fair bit of drinks so i manage to sleep soundly through the night.

I don really wish to dwell on the past and make myself miserable. but sometimes it just suddenly comes to ur mind. haiz...
But now i got even more important things to do So i guess i don have time to think so much too.

Phuket Trip 21st - 23rd March 2008~

My Company Essilor organized a Phuket trip over the long weekend... A incentive trip to be exact...
So On Friday, we had to check in at the airport around 4.55am.... mind u,i was real tired cos i didn't manage to catch any sleep....

We took a Jetstar Asia plane,and it was really cramp here cramp there,but nevertheless the journey was fast. We took off at 7am and the plane ride only lasted 1hour 30mins.

So once we settled in our tour bus,we started our sight seeing...
We started off at a 4 faced buddha temple which is near the sea...

Most of the colleagues wanted to try the ATV (actually i wanted to go for the elephant trekking but majority wins) so off we go.... actually it was really fun,racing around with each other but after everything ended,i found myself covered entirely with dust. And that was no fun...

The first 2games was still alright,but the 3rd game Called the Amazing phuket race droved everyone to exhaustion. i was completely drain of energy...
We were given a map,some clues and off we go in search of the 6locations to complete the entire race in 1hour time... somehow through the middle of the game,i lost sight of my team leader,then found my team leader again and finally complete the whole race.. came in 5th but luckily not the last... haha
not a easy race though,and i got seriously tanned.. nearly cried my eyes out...haiz

on the last day(sunday), i woke up quite late around 10am,miss my breakfast too....
didn't manage to do any shopping for the last 2 days though,So went out for some sight seeing + shopping with Jeremy.
but in the end,still didn't manage to buy much,donno wats wrong with me.. i guess i'm just too tired..
at around 2pm,went for a oil massage with some of my colleagues...
its was superb lor... after walking so much ,the massage does really help and its cheap too...

reached the airport around 6.30pm,and was greeted by this sight.... So much people lor.... waited and waited so long just to board the plane...

around 12am,finally reached Singapore...
And Manage to hitch a ride from Ms Tay....

had a short trip to tioman island over the weekend,to be exact its over at Salang Village.
its a nice quiet place with ALMOST nothing to buy/to see (unless u really love the sun,the sea & the beach :P )

On Sat (8th March), we set off to Malaysia at around 1am.... (10 divers + 2 non divers which includes me. haha) the stupid journey to Mersing Jetty will take us like nearly 3hours with no traffic jam. but luckily i'm the passenger not the driver so i manage to doze off a couple of times. but u know wat,the streets of malaysia is totally like pitch black lor,no street lamps at all unless u pass by those streets with shophouses with just a glimpse of light. then the road goes on & on,like its never ending....
At around 5am we manage to reach somewhere near the jetty for breakfast...
When we arrived at the jetty around 5.30am,there was already people waiting for the ferry (just for ur info,the ferry services starts at 7.30am!). everyone decided to catch some sleep while waiting for time to pass....

Everyone was real tired after the long ride...

finally the ferry arrived,but guess wat happen? the stupid people there overloaded the ferry then the rest of the people had to stand (how can anyone stand throughout the whole 3hours journey with the whole ferry speeding n rocking like hell?) but luckily for us,we manage to SECURE a place to sit down,guess where? its at the front part of the ferry where the boatman is at..... but trust me.its not exactly a blessing in disguise cos i got terribly seasick after less than 30mins,then i had lie down for the rest of the journey,i couldn't even have any kind of movement,any slight ones made me have the urge to vomit. Super bad start of my holiday!

around 10.30am, finally reached Salang village.

baby went for his shore dive then i went back to the hut for a short nap and to freshen up too. don really like it though,the place looks abit rundown then feels like anyone could just barge in. haha!

baby came back at 2pm and the next dive is at 3pm. and the best part? i got to tag along... they will be going out in a speed boat to some other island for diving... So fun..

but at least in the evening,baby got to spend some time with me.... we got to take a walk around the village...

time seems to pass very slowly and i'm loving every moment of it.... the peacefulness and the sea but not the sun though (i'm simply covered with sunblock from like head to toe every moment i'm out in the sun)

Baby went for a few more dives on sunday but i didn't tag along,was kinda tired and i just stay in the room to watch my movies.... our ferry back to Mersing jetty was at 4.30pm... this time all of us manage to secure a decent seat and i didn't suffer from seasick this time.
reached the jetty around 7pm. and its time for another 3hours journey back to Johor Bahru...

Wee hours of the morning,finally reach Singapore
everyone was dead beat and guess wat?
i got to work from 9am to 9pm the next day..

wat luck!

but at least i enjoyed myself for the past 2days...

My dream Destination!

after watching the movie "Jumper"
i wanna be a jumper too~ jump jump jump & off i go! (but in a good way,definitely No bad stuffs.)

Imagine being able to go anywhere, anytime.
its super cool (and u don have to pay a single cent for the air tickets!)

hayden christensen has the ability to teleport also known as a Jumper in the movie,then Samuel L jackson leads a team to kill all jumpers (A heartless & violent killer). this is how the story starts,then u see lots of fighting,lots of "jumping" around different countries.But somehow the ending is too abrupt.
Maybe the producers are still saving their ideas for "Jumper 2"? haha

but u get to enjoy the scenery though. from the streets of tokyo to the Great Pyramids to the ruins of rome to New York city & many more.... the location are all authentic and the sight is really awesome...

So... the rating?

This afternoon we've been to quite a number of shops selling watches,trying to find a decent looking G-shock for Mr EQ-Less use during work but somehow to no avail.
Just now after the movie, somehow we wander into City Chain and a G-shock caught our eyes..
U know G-shock apart from the usual clock & alarm function,its also suppose to be shock, rust & water resistant. The one that we saw also comes with a "Tide Graph" feature which is something that might be of use to baby's work.

So,i got the G-Shock for Baby's Early birthday present.

Aren't they adorable?
normally i don really like the idea of putting a soft toy together with flowers.... but while browsing through some websites, i actually came across this 2 pictures and found them rather cute... :)

till today,the biggest bouquet of flowers i've ever received was 99roses (which was like a few years back).... and the smallest was just a stalk of rose. but nevertheless,i still love them. But of cos the bigger the better la... Can any ladies ever resist flowers?

My tummy still don feel well,keep having diarrhoea. i didn't really eat for the past 2days,so just now i was kinda hungry,made myself a sandwich but the moment i started to eat,the urge to go toilet came again,totally turn me off.So i gave up my sandwich to kacia.
So now i really hungry but i gave up eating...

Jus now went to see doc again,Doc says its a stomach virus and may even last up to 10days....
i'm at the 5th day already... God knows whether it will stop or continue.

Day 1 (Thursday)- Early in the morning,my EQ-less guy reach my place... Jayce & Kacia was still sleeping,then mum & me was in the bathroom..... He told me that he actually stood outside waiting for someone to open the door for him(normally he will let himself in cos i gave him a set of keys. :P ) cos its 大年初一,and he came over to 拜年 so its quite funny to let himself in the house. BUT,after waiting for some time,he gave up... he still came in... haha (actually my mum don't really care lor,as long as my bf is a good guy,she happy le)

then together we went over to Grandpa house over @ Toa payoh.... We reach around 11am,but not a single soul there,relatives all late.. stayed till 1pm,got a few 红包 lor. then proceed over to my 四姑 house @ tampines.... Ricky was driving and it happens that the expressway was kinda jam + the journey was kinda long too, so mum,kacia,EQ-less guy & me fell asleep.... haha
Once we reach,we had lunch then we started playing Poker! but i can feel that lady luck wasn't on my side,but still played along .... the day ended @ around 8pm,then we took a cab home.... i'm tired.

Day 2 (Friday)- went over to EQ-less Guy Grandpa place over @ woodlands.... feel kinda stranger there,donno anyone so i just sat there real quiet n watch tv.. i know i'm being anti-social.... but everyone just talk their things,i also don understand....
then after that,took a cab over to my 'Mummy' house,then its poker time again (lost nearly $150)... Then i left for home around 7pm to change cos going for movie (CJ7) with Jayce & kacia....

Day 3 (Saturday)- went over to my colleague,Ah Gan's place.... i left around 5pm,then i went straight home.
thats when my agony started....
i started to develop fever,tummy upset.....

Since sat till now (A total of 4days!) ,i've been stuck home.....having fever on & off, serious diarrhoea (cant even eat a decent meal,wat goes in comes out) and sore throat.... feeling real bad,practically just lying on the bed in pain...... Even till now,the medicine don seems to work, if by tomorrow i still don recover,i think can send myself to the hospital to get a Jab or something..... i really need to settle my tummy problem ...

So u think i enjoyed my CNY?

just watch CJ7 with Jayce , Ricky, Kacia & baby last night... manage to catch the late night movie @ Amk Cathay....

Reviews - Super funny.... but its not Stephen Chow but CJ7(the alien dog) itself.... got a few reused jokes from his older movie too. i was laughing throughout the movie especially the part where CJ7 was making all those funny expression! , then tears came at the part where stephen chow 'died' and one part where the father & son was killing the cockroaches,it drove all my goosebumps out (i personally hate & was disgusted by that scene).... creepy crawlers... Yucks!
Overall the show was funny but not much of a storyline....
Just sit and laugh lor...

Pre Christmas Dinner @ home~

My Christmas dinner last night went quite well (thank god) ,to think i was actually worried wat if the food wasn't nice or if it's not enough for 10 people la... but in the end it turn out that there was still food + 2/3 of the turkey left... (Mum say we'll be having turkey sandwich for breakfast, turkey fried rice for lunch or dinner until we finish the whole thing... LOL)

but thanks to jayce & baby who help me out with the cooking... otherwise i doubt i can finish up the cooking on time. (imagine the amount of work we have to do,from preparation to cooking to serving to clearing up)

yesterday just attended my colleague Denis's Wedding dinner over @ Swissotel.
before the dinner,i had so much problems deciding on wat to wear ,and if i should wear my heels anot cos i didn't wanna look too TALL. haha. i always have a problem trying to look small...
but nevertheless,i still wore my heels and in fact i feel great with them... :P

the dinner usually starts with the emcee telling us how the couple got together and of cos the video clips of "fetching the bride''.
i always like the video clips showing the past & present thingy... makes me jealous...
i also wanna get married... haha
And as usual,the bride is always the prettiest on her wedding day which is often true...
she look so radiant,so bubbly~
And not forget the Groom,he look so sincere & happy after finding the love of his life~

i'm a impulsive buyer

i finally bought myself MY OWN CAMERA. its a sony T2... and its pink! (know why i bought this Sony Camera? cos i'm a impulsive buyer,the camera is cute & the main reason was that my previous Panasonic camera piss me off during my Show On stage Concert)
simply love the sleek design + its 8.1 megapixels + the fact that its touch screen & u actually have the 'paint function' to edit,stamp or write...
isn't it just fantastic? hehe
(Jayce & Kacia bought the same camera too! )

Oh,n i just realised that My mobile phone (Samsung U600), my PDA (hp Ipaq 6828), my mp3 (Samsung K3) and my newly bought camera are all touch screen.
i'm getting so 'touchy' nowadays... haha

yesterday pass by Action city and i bought a baby Eeyore for my office desk...

oh ya,bought a new wallet too.... i gave up on my GUESS wallet,cos its abit too bulky & heavy + it doesn't have enough card slots...

Anyway,will be busy for the whole of dec ya.... got lots of company thingy thing.... like my company bbq tomorrow,my colleague's wedding dinner next week (having headache now,simply donno wat to wear cos i'm getting fatter & fatter) , the annual stock take next sat + sun(Poof! my rest day gone), my family christmas dinner (which happens that i have to do all the planning + cooking), baby's family gathering this coming sun.

See... i'm really busy so if i cant meet up with u guys.... i'll make it up to u ya....

Show Concert was Awesome!!

Last night i met up with sherry for Show's concert!!
Although it was just the both of us only,we enjoyed every moment of it and we regret not buying the $168 ticket earlier. ( we got the $148 one cos the $168 got sold out) haiz~

but...

Luo Zhi Xiang is soooooooo cute!
Now i declare him MY ONLY LOVE!

the whole concert from head to toe was awesome....
the crowd was simply into him!

but the moment when Raine Yang Chen Lin came out as the special guest,my camera died!.. disk error and the whole memory card got corrupted.... this time never happen before and why must it happen at that moment!

now baby is trying to save my pics and videos if possible.....

i'm already having a Christmas Mood now... haha! planning for a early family dinner on 21st dec... Planning a dinner for 9 doesn't seems to be a easy task cos i wanted it to be a very "Christmas" one, i'll be doing the cooking myself then getting some red wine, a big fat turkey and Log cake. :P

Last friday 16th Nov was my dad's death anniversary. its been a long 16yrs and its amazing that my family pulled it through together.... its only that these recent years that i learn to cherish my times with them especially my mum..... i start to make more time for her since she always alone at home... sometimes it might get annoying cos she nags but i'm glad for the fact that it means she's still by my side... :P
now i'm getting mushy... haha

but also on friday,the same day.i witness something that made me upset. just right in front of my office,a accident happen and a lady died on the spot..... it was a terrible sight to witness and i felt real bad. then i overheard someone saying 'there are people dying every single day'. i know that too,but u only realize this fact when u actually see one....
life is so fragile that its scary

feel kinda lost....

been thinking about my life... my job... my everything...
i don wan any regrets in the life...

friday after work ,went over to east coast with baby & james for a drink......

look at my Hoegaarden compared to the normal small bottle of heineken. isnt the glass big & cute? haha
but thats not the part that i'm happy about....

after my drinks,it was home sweet home ..... while walking to the car ,guess who i saw? My secondary school crush! i thought he didn't saw me but he did.... he msg me asking if i'm free to catch up but too bad cos i was already on the way home....
So happy! but don ask me why... everytime i see him i'm elated!

Movies- watch bee movie and The Gameplan. very nice indeed....
Gameplan was quite touching at the ending...
whereas bee movie was funny from head to toe....
haha

been quite bz recently..... & also bz catching up with friends whom i lost contact for some time....
So been out nearly everyday after work...

Weekdays = tiring...

Sunday = off days?

nope! i don really think so.... Seems that i got just so much to do....
both physically & mentally...

Yesterday spent my whole day over at east coast park with my colleagues.... went for bowling then cycling.... bowling was real fun with them, Played a total of 3 rounds, 1st score was 103, then 89 then 77. Seems like getting from bad to worse. haha! Around 6pm,the catered bbq food came,then we started the bbq.... but everything ended quite early @ around 10++ cos it began to drizzle..... but overall,everything was still ok but kinda disappointed cos some of my colleagues promise to turn up but in the end they didn't, and they didn't bother to call n inform until we called them. Sometimes people just donno how hard it is to plan some outing.

Recently had lots of things on my mind... making me lose concentration @ work. but i'm still trying to not let anything affect me too much....

Anyway for the past weeks,been spending alot of time redoing my fish tank..... had to wash the tank(which caused me body ache for the next 3days) ,then recycle the water.... then my stupid canister filter decide to play truant but dripping water whenever i'm not home... Mum actually called me up last thurday,saying that my filter is leaking causing my house to 'flood'. then i had to cancel my plans after work to head straight home only to find 'less than a inch' of water missing from my tank..... i knew i cant believe my Mum's word but still i rush back cos i'm quite worried. but after some adjustments,everything is back to normal... So now is to decide wat fish and the layout of the entire tank.....

Spent my halloween night @ zouk with my baby , Jayce + Ricky (her bf) , Kacia , mY colleague LK & her friends...
Simply awesome and superb fun!

i was dressed up as a Dracula.... Not scary though (cos i wasn't covered up in blood) & someone actually commented i look funny, but i simply didnt care. haha

Also Saw tamago sushi, ghost rider, traffic lights, 'teh gu' (car ticketing auntie complete with hats,umbrella, ticketing device + issuing TICKETS!) , Chinese ghosts, taoist with whole stretch of vampires, Captain Hitsugaya (bleach character) , Pirates, Snow white & many more!

Fion,my colleague gave me tis....
And now its sitting proudly on my office table.... Very sweet of her.... :P

Last last week when a colleague had her birthday celebration...

the other day when Xiao bai decide to give me the ''let me out of the cage'' look...

Impulsive spending? Yes we did.... Kacia (my sis) & i went to Build-A-Bear @ Suntec city and spent 'SOME" money and we got ourself 2 little cute Soft toys.... Mine was the Cheetah toy and her's was the cow cow... So we pick the same white t-shirt + a little cute jumper.... Awesome! they are really really cute and i swear i'm gonna get a few more outfits + shoes for them...
Oh... and they are actually named after our bf's.... Got birth Cert somemore.... haha

Company's chalet over @ Aloha Changi~

i'm tired. didn't manage to sleep well...
baby fall terribly sick since wed night... So i spent my time looking after him... 2 visit to the GP,1 visit to the Poly clinic and he still feel so unwell... Apart being by his side,there isn't much i could do,so at times it made me feel so loss..... haiz~ On sat,situation didn't change,so Mum had to send baby to Changi hospital,i got there only after 1pm cos i got to work. Baby got a jab + some other medicine and now he's finally feeling slighty better..

Back to the chalet thingy. My Co organized a chalet over at the Aloha Changi on Sat, i reach there only in the evening cos i spent my afternoon at the hospital. The place is super hard to find, its over at fairy point chalet 6 which happens to be at the very end, think even the taxi driver had problems finding it. haha! but nevertheless i still reach there in one piece. the chalet is real big, completed with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms,6 toilets, BBQ pit and a fully equipped kitchen.
My colleague who knew mahjong just spent there whole time playing it, some others took a walk to the beach, some play ball and some simply watch tv and chit-chat. but at one point,they started playing water-bomb which was super funny,i didn't really join in cos i was having a headache + i spent alot of my time taking pictures for everyone.... then its the bbq time,just simply eat & eat... around 10.30pm,i hitch a ride out to take a cab home....
Really exhausted....

4 the past 1week....3rd to 8th Sep~

Mon 3rd Sep : nothing much as usual cos its a mon & usually its a OT day... so i left around 9+ and met up with kacia n mummy for dinner.... :P

Tue 4th Sep : after work around 7pm,went over to funan to fetch baby from work. then had dinner.... nothing much too..

Wed 5th Sep : left office around 5pm,then went home immediately. once home,gave myself a refreshing facial and a body scrub.... then had a super full dinner at home.mum prepare a tom yam steamboat, yummy yummy~~ then had to clear up my hammy cage,a total 6 of it... tiring! (but majority of the clearing was done by baby)

Thur 6th Sep : went over to far east at 6+,then arrived at Johnny 2 thumb. simply cant decide on the tattoo design, though Jaws did give me some ideas. but in the end,i left the shop still feeling clueless. haha i did consider some designs though but i don wanna rush things in case i regret... so i'm gonna think, consider & ask around 1st...

then i went over to PS to collect my 'XIAO ZHU' concert tickets! i'm watching it with sherry.
Although its on 1st Dec,but i'm looking forward to it! Simply can't wait already

Then james,baby & me,we went shopping at carrefour for the bbq tomorrow night. although everything was kinda last minute & its only the 4 of us but i think we'll still have loads of fun ourselves!

Fri 7th Sep : reach east coast around like 8pm,then we started our bbq sessions.... we took an hour to set up the fire. haha,cos some accident happen.. but in the end everything went well. i didnt manage to take any pics though,cos i forget... simply too buzy eating & having fun!

Sat 8th Sep : went over to far east 1st with baby & kacia(my sis) , had plans to do shopping,but didnt see anything which i fancy. So went over to Village @ herren for lunch...
